Warranty Coverage and Replacement Policy

At SOGECO SRL, we are committed to providing high-quality products backed by a reliable warranty program to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.


Warranty Duration

All electrical products purchased through ecostorum.com include a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
If you selected the optional 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage will extend to 3 years.


What the Warranty Covers

If any electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or physical impact

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Issues resulting from incorrect installation, negligence, or improper handling


How to Request a Replacement

To start a warranty claim, please email info@ecostorum.com.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please reply to that message with a short video clearly showing the issue (e.g., the item not turning on, not charging, or malfunctioning during use).

If you are unable to provide a video, or if the video does not clearly show the issue, we may request that you return the item to our warehouse for further inspection.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Claim Approval Criteria

Only claims that fully meet the warranty conditions outlined above will be considered valid.
We aim to process all warranty claims promptly and fairly.
